Kiel is a city in the north of Germany approximately 100 km north of Hamburg. From the A7 motorway Hamburg to Flensburg take exit 12 (Ausfahrt 12) A215 Blumenthal / Kiel follow direction Kiel and continue for approximately 20 km. Follow the signs for B76 Universtat / Eckernforde and continue for approximately 4 km, then follow the signs for Nord Friedhof. Continue for approximately 1 km, (passing the football stadium of Holstein Kiel on the left) onto the Westring and the main cemetery entrance is on your right (CWGC Signposted). The cemetery can be found approximately 100 meters inside the main cemetery entrance on the right.
